  1. Where can find a product, which is not in Tuning Zone store?

    We do not inform about products, which are not in our store.

  2. Are your products already painted?

    No, they are not. However, they are ready to be painted.

  3. Are bumpers equipped with fastening devices?

    Most of them are, but not all.

  4. What does it depend on whether a certain product has fastening devices?

    It depends on the manufacturer.

  5. How should I assemble spoilers?

    You should drill holes in the boot lid and next screw the spoilers to the centre of the lid.

  6. Can I stick spoilers to the lid with glue?

    It should not be done, because spoilers have too small gluing surface. Spoilers can come off.

  7. Which glue should be used to stick roofs?

    We recommend glue for glass manufactured by WURTH K+D.

  8. What are your spoilers made of?

    Everything is made of laminate (glass fibre and resin).

  9. Which bumper from your offer should I choose so it suits my car (other model)?

    You need to measure the original bumper and find a car with the same bumper dimensions. Then it is easy to find a proper bumper in our offer.

  10. Do you make custom-built items?

    No, we do not.

  11. Can you send me a photograph of a product because it is not available on the website?

    If there is no photograph on the page, it means that we do not have such a photograph either.

  12. Does the price of delivery correspond to only one item or many items in one package?

    In case of UPS courier delivery, the price given is the final amount for the entire package, regardless of how many items have been ordered. In case of Poczta Polska, the price depends on the weight of the package, i.e. the more items you choose the higher the costs of transport. We do not recommend delivery by Poczta Polska if you purchase many items in one package. It is better to deliver such package by UPS courier
