Forms and costs of delivery

On the territory of Poland, products purchased in Tuning Zone Internet store are delivered by Poczta Polska (postal service) or UPS Courier Company, depending on dimensions of a package. If a package is to be delivered by Poczta Polska, its length must not exceed 150 cm. In case of delivery to a foreign country, order can be realized only by UPS courier.

Unfortunately, because of non-standard dimensions of dispatched goods, it is not always possible for the system to estimate costs of delivery automatically. The store is constructed in such a way that costs of delivery are estimated for most of the cases; however, it may happen that costs of delivery will have to be verified additionally. In such a case, you will be able to call or contact us by phone, Gadu Gadu communicator or Skype and having received information about costs of delivery automatically continue the process of order placing. If you do not contact us, we will send a reply to your email address within 24 hours.

Costs of delivery will be estimated for goods that are currently in your shopping cart. Costs of order consist of both amounts, i.e. amount for products in the cart and amount of costs of delivery.

Goods will be dispatched on the address given by you.

Realization time

Realization time consists of the time we need to complete your goods (given on the website as delivery time) and the time needed to deliver the package by postal service or courier. The approximate time of delivery on the territory of Poland is 14 days; delivery to EU countries and countries outside EU is 30 days (the time is shorter in case of credit card payments). Order realization time is estimated based on working days only.

If a certain order includes goods which are available in different periods (e.g. within 2 and 5 days), we will send them after the whole package is ready. It means that the package will be dispatched after the last product is available and ready. This way, costs of delivery are minimized.
